West Coast Trial Lawyers is seeking a detail-oriented Post-Retention Intake Specialist to support the transition of newly retained clients into the firm. You will gather and verify case information, collect documentation, and ensure accurate records in Filevine for a smooth handoff to the legal team.

You will maintain detailed notes, organize required forms, and deliver empathetic client service in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is required with strong data-entry skills.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Legal intake, post-retention intake or similar experience preferred.
• Strong data-entry and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with newly retained clients to gather and verify case information.
• Collect required documentation and supporting information.
• Enter and maintain client and case information in Filevine.
• Review new matters for completeness and follow up on missing information.
• Maintain detailed notes of client communications.
• Ensure forms and documentation are completed and organized.
• Coordinate transition of new matters to the appropriate team.
• Provide clients with a professional, empathetic experience.
• Follow firm intake protocols and workflows.
• Manage high volume while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
