KLIMB in the United States is seeking a Skilled Intake Specialist to be the first contact for clients navigating personal injury and pre-settlement funding, delivering warmth, professionalism, and efficiency to move cases forward.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls in English and Spanish, verify case information, assess eligibility, coordinate with funding teams, and maintain confidential records in a remote, full-time role aligned to US Eastern Time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a call center, intake, legal, or financial-related role.
• Advanced English level with a neutral accent.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple active cases.
• Ability to remain calm and empathetic in emotionally sensitive situations.

Responsibilities
