Job summary

Thompson Law Injury Lawyers in Columbus is seeking an Intake Paralegal to join our team. The role involves handling inbound calls and meeting with potential clients in person, delivering compassionate service and accurate information.

Qualifications include bilingual English/Spanish, 1–3+ years in a law firm, and at least 1 year as an Intake Paralegal (personal injury preferred). Schedule is Sunday to Thursday, 1pm–10pm EST, with partial WFH flexibility after onboarding.

• 1–3+ years working in a law firm.
• 1+ years as an Intake Paralegal (Personal Injury preferred).
• Willingness to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and greet clients in person.
• Interact with potential new clients and gather initial information.
• Notify paralegals and investigators of case details.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle administrative duties.
