Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science, human services, social services or related field.
• 21+ years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage UAC Bed Capacity Workspace and maintain accurate counts.
• Respond to placement confirmation emails/calls promptly.
• Collaborate with ORR intakes to conduct UAC referrals.
• Conduct intake interviews and orientation; assess client needs/strengths.
• Complete intake within required timeframes; document in UAC portal.
• Maintain safety and well-being of children; follow policies and crisis protocols.
• Deliver services within the Sanctuary Model framework.
• Assist with case manager assignment and timely documentation.
