Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an Intake Attorney in Irvine, CA to engage and sign clients across wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, catastrophic injury, workplace retaliation and harassment, unpaid wages, and wrongful termination. You will assess case viability, manage client expectations, and guide clients through the intake process.

Responsibilities include communicating with clients about case progression, sometimes evenings and weekends, and traveling to meet clients.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury or employment law.
• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
• Strong sales skills with a proven ability to close.
• Empathetic yet persuasive communication style.
• Familiarity with pre-litigation and litigation processes in PI and employment law.

Responsibilities

• Determine the viability of potential cases.
• Promote the firm's strengths and manage client expectations.
• Communicate with clients regarding concerns and case progression, including nights and weekends.
• Travel to meet and sign clients.
• Guide potential clients through the intake process.
