Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Sacramento, CA seeks an Intake Attorney to engage and sign clients in areas including wrongful death and personal injury. The role involves coordinating with a team to ensure favorable outcomes for clients.

Requirements include at least two years of plaintiff-side experience, CA Bar license, and strong communication and sales skills. English/Spanish bilingualism is strongly preferred, with occasional travel and weekend work expected.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury or employment law.
• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Strong sales skills with a proven ability to close.
• Empathetic yet persuasive communication style.
• Familiarity with pre-litigation and litigation processes in PI and employment law.
• Ability to travel and work weekends or be on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Determine the viability of potential cases.
• Present the firm's strengths and manage client expectations.
• Communicate with clients regarding concerns and case progression, including nights and weekends.
• Travel to meet and sign clients.
• Guide potential clients through the intake process.
