You will join a growth-focused team with ongoing training, competitive base pay, and uncapped commissions plus renewal commissions and monthly incentives.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• License preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals.
• Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
• Accurate accounting of all currency transactions as well as timely delivery of deposits to the bank with scanned documentation in agency management system.
• Educate and advise the customer on which products best fit their needs.
