Job summary

Freeway Insurance Services America, LLC in Phenix City, AL is hiring an Insurance Sales Representative to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. This on-site role features a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.

You will solicit new business, build client relationships, and ensure accurate handling of currency transactions while meeting production goals. A high school diploma is required and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills
• Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers
• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet sales goals
• Expand business by proactively building relationships with clients
