Pay Range: For an Insurance Sales Representative, $16-$18+ hourly.

Our compensation package includes a competitive base salary, monthly uncapped commissions, renewal commissions, and monthly bonus incentives!

What You Will Do:

As an Insurance Agent, your primary responsibility is selling nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.

  • Solicit new business and maintain current business to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Build relationships with existing customers to expand business and meet production targets.
  • Accurately process currency transactions and ensure timely deposits with documentation in the agency management system.
  • Quickly connect with clients; educate and advise on suitable products.

The Perfect Match:

  • Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (not required)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Sales or customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to build relationships with customers
  • Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills
  • Ambitious and motivated by advancement opportunities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
