Freeway Insurance Services America, LLC is seeking a Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative/Sales Trainee in Nashville, on-site. The role offers a sign-on bonus up to $500 and a base pay of $14+ per hour, plus monthly uncapped commissions and renewal commissions with additional bonus incentives.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals.
• Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
• Accurate accounting of all currency transactions and timely deposits with documentation in the agency system.
• Connects quickly; educate and advise the customer on products that best fit their needs.
