Freeway Insurance, a member of the Confie family of companies, is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative for an on-site role in Florence, AL. The position focuses on selling nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers with a base salary plus uncapped commissions and renewal incentives.

Ideal candidates have sales or customer service experience and may hold a High School Diploma or GED. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; strong relationship-building and communication skills

• Sales or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet sales goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers.
• Accurate accounting of currency transactions and timely deposits with documentation in the agency system.
• Educate and advise customers on products that best fit their needs.
