Freeway Insurance Services America, LLC is hiring an Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto insurance, with opportunities to grow into homeowners and health products. You will handle inbound leads, walk-in traffic, and build lasting client relationships.

The role features base pay plus uncapped commissions, sign-on bonus up to $4,000, comprehensive paid training, and ongoing mentorship. A full benefits package includes medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust.
• Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by soliciting new business while maintaining relationships with current customers to achieve or exceed sales goals.
• Connect with customers, understand their needs, and expand opportunities by offering auto, homeowners, or health insurance solutions.
• Maintain records of transactions, deposits, and documentation in the agency management system.
• Establish rapport with clients and provide guidance to help them choose the right insurance products.
