This on-site role combines base pay with uncapped commissions and active bonuses. Responsibilities include selling nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing clients, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Training and mentorship are provided to help you grow. Preferred bilingual English/Spanish, high school diploma, and customer service or sales

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Meet or exceed sales production goals.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers for renewals.
• Accurately document transactions in the agency system.
