The ideal candidate is driven, coachable, and eager to grow in a sales-driven insurance environment. Bilingual ability is a plus, and licensing will be pursued in Washington state.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is required; insurance sales experience is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively by phone, email, and in person.
• Strong desire to develop a long-term career in insurance.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
