Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Strong interest in sales and customer relationship building.

• Active insurance license preferred, or willingness to obtain required licenses before starting.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective customers through calls, referrals, outreach, and follow-up.
• Build relationships with customers in both English and Spanish.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage.
• Present insurance options confidently and guide customers through purchasing decisions.
• Generate new business and follow up with leads and prospects.
