Pronto Insurance is hiring Sales Agents to join a growing network across Texas. The role offers hourly base pay plus uncapped commissions, and fully paid training with licensing support.

Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain the required insurance license and perform duties in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are essential for customer interactions. Travel to nearby offices is possible.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in English and Spanish, in person and over the phone.
• Identify customer needs and offer insurance solutions aligned with goals.
• Process policy changes, account updates, payments, and renewals.
• Generate sales through customer interactions, referrals, and company leads.
• Make outbound calls for reminders, promotions, and follow-ups.
• Support local marketing by distributing materials and building community relations.
• Handle cash transactions and balance daily deposits.
• Open/close office as needed and maintain a professional environment.
• Follow underwriting guidelines and company procedures.
• Travel to other office locations within the region when required.
