Job summary

Pronto Insurance is hiring a Sales Agent to join our team in the United States. This full-time role offers paid training, licensing support, and the opportunity to earn commissions on top of hourly base pay. You will serve English- and Spanish-speaking customers, identify needs, and guide clients to suitable auto, home, renters, or commercial coverage.

No prior insurance experience is required. You will be responsible for processing policy changes, renewals, and payments, while meeting sales

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish is required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in English and Spanish, in person and over the phone.
• Identify customer needs and offer insurance solutions.
• Process policy changes, updates, payments, and renewals.
• Generate sales through interactions, referrals, and company-provided leads.
• Make outbound calls for reminders, promotions, and follow-ups.
• Support local marketing and build community relationships.
• Handle cash transactions and balance daily deposits.
• Open/close the office and maintain a professional environment.
• Follow underwriting guidelines and company procedures.
• Travel to other office locations within the region as needed.
