Job summary

Freeway Insurance in Houma, LA is seeking a bilingual Store Manager to lead our insurance sales team. You will drive daily performance, expand the customer base, and mentor staff to deliver excellent service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Location on site; the role offers uncapped commissions, a structured training program, and opportunities for advancement within Confie’s family of brands.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred and required.
• College degree (2–4 years) or equivalent experience is acceptable.
• Previous experience leading, coaching and mentoring sales teams is required.
• Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales teams' daily performance and targets.
• Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet production and active goals.
• Coach sales team members to deliver a high standard of customer care.
• Oversee the sales team to achieve operational targets and monitor performance.
• Assist with escalated customer service issues and questions.
• Execute all aspects of Store Operational Excellence (SOE).

The pay range for a Sales Agent is $15.00-$22.00 + / hourly

Our Compensation package includes a competitive base salary + monthly uncapped commissions + renewal commissions + monthly bonus incentives

The Bilingual Store Manager is the driving force behind our business. - Lead the sales teams daily performance and/or targets

- Assists with any escalated customer service issues and/or questions that may arise

- Executes all aspects of Store Operational Excellence (SOE)

The Perfect Match:

- Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required)

- Bilingual in English and Spanish required

- 2 or 4 year college degree or equivalent of experience/education

- Previous experience leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams

- Understanding of fiduciary duty and maintaining high levels of integrity and ethics

- Ability to build relationships with sales customers

- Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
