Responsibilities include bilingual customer service, needs-based insurance recommendations, handling policy changes, and proactive outreach to generate sales. Must be able to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience required; sales or insurance experience preferred.
• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and working in a goal-oriented environment.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States and willing to complete a background check.
• Paid licensing, exam fees, and license renewals.
• Paid training and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in English and Spanish, in person and over the phone.
• Identify customer needs and offer insurance solutions that align with their goals.
• Process policy changes, account updates, payments, and renewals.
• Generate sales through customer interactions, referrals, and company-provided leads.
• Make outbound calls for payment reminders, promotions, lead follow-up, and prospecting.
• Travel and work at other office locations within the assigned region as needed.
