Pronto Insurance is seeking motivated Sales Agents in Visalia, CA, to provide bilingual customer service and sell insurance solutions. Training is fully paid, licensing costs are covered, and the role includes outbound calling and campus-to-campus travel within the region.

You will identify customer needs, process policy changes, and drive sales with company-provided leads while maintaining a professional office environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience required; sales or insurance experience preferred.
• Strong communication, listening and problem solving.
• Able to make outbound calls in a goal-oriented environment.
• Willing to complete a background check and work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service in English and Spanish, in person and over the phone.
• Identify customer needs and offer insurance solutions that align with their goals.
• Process policy changes, account updates, payments, and renewals.
• Generate sales through customer interactions, referrals, marketing activities, and company-provided leads.
• Make outbound calls for payment reminders, promotions, lead follow-up, and prospecting.
• Travel to other office locations within the assigned region as needed.
