Job summary

Pronto Insurance in Fresno, CA is seeking full-time Sales Agents to join our team. We offer hourly base pay plus commission, with fully paid training and licensing support to obtain the required insurance license.

You will deliver bilingual service in English and Spanish, identify client needs, process policy changes, payments, and renewals, and generate sales from leads and outreach. Office hours are Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required for customer interactions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience required; sales or insurance experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to obtain license.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in English and Spanish, in person and over the phone.
• Identify customer needs and offer insurance solutions that align with their goals.
• Process policy changes, account updates, payments, and renewals.
• Generate sales through customer interactions, follow-up calls, referrals, marketing activities, and company-provided leads.
• Make outbound calls for payment reminders, promotions, lead follow-up, and prospecting.
• Travel and work at other office locations within the assigned region when needed.
