Sonia Reyna Farmers Insurance Agency is seeking an Insurance Sales Advisor who is motivated, personable, and ready to grow in a rewarding career. The role focuses on helping clients protect what matters most by identifying insurance needs and building long-term relationships.

Responsibilities include educating clients on Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial options, quoting, and delivering outstanding customer service. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience (insurance experience is a plus).
• Property & Casualty License, or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort using computers, CRM software, and quoting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance options.
• Follow up on inbound leads while proactively generating new business opportunities.
• Prepare personalized insurance quotes and explain coverage clearly.
• Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and regular communication.
• Maintain accurate documentation within CRM and quoting systems.
• Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and licensing requirements.
