The Henderson Agency in Flower Mound, TX is seeking an Inside Sales & Service Representative who will provide exceptional support to clients, explain insurance coverages in plain language, and help customers through their insurance journey.

This role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and sales-driven service. A P&C insurance license is required; in-office schedule Mon-Fri 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; base salary plus commissions and bonus, with PTO and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, text, email, and in person.
• Clearly explain insurance coverage & policy details in everyday language.
• Conduct Onboarding interviews of new customers, and renewal interviews with existing clients to identify client needs, resolve concerns, and cross-sell products.
• Process policy updates, billing inquiries, and claims support.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Support agency sales and service operations as needed.
