Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East seeks an experienced Inside Sales – Insurance professional in Midland, TX. You will develop new business, identify coverage needs, educate customers on products, and provide quotes to help customers select appropriate protection.

The role requires 3+ years in insurance sales, strong communication and customer-service skills, and preference for bilingual English/Spanish. Monday–Friday schedule; pay $18–$24/hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant insurance sales experience.
• Strong sales, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Experience with insurance products and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, lead follow-up, and other prospecting activities.
• Contact prospective and existing customers to identify insurance needs and sales opportunities.
• Educate customers on available insurance products and coverage options.
• Provide quotes and help customers select coverage based on their needs.
• Sell and cross-sell insurance products, including auto, home, renters, life, and others.
• Follow up with leads and prospective customers consistently.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer retention and grow accounts.
• Maintain accurate customer information within agency systems.
• Meet sales, activity, and customer-service goals.
• Assist customers with general policy questions and account needs.
• Follow all insurance regulations, licensing requirements, and agency procedures.
