Lin Zhao Insurance Agency in Fremont, CA is seeking a bilingual team member to assist clients, process policy updates, and handle inquiries. The role emphasizes customer service and sales with hands-on training and licensing support.

This in-office position runs Monday–Friday with a base pay of $25–$30 per hour plus commissions and bonuses, based on experience. No prior insurance experience is required; recent graduates and career changers are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Strong English speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese or Spanish, in addition to English.
• Friendly, dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to learn, follow up proactively, and become comfortable recommending insurance products.
• Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, and learning agency software.
• Available to work full-time, Monday–Friday, in person at Fremont office.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients by phone, email, and in person.
• Help with policy changes, renewals, billing, payments, and insurance documents.
• Read policy documents and carrier communications carefully and explain information clearly.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and follow through on next steps.
• Follow up with agency leads, referrals, and pending quotes.
• Prepare quotes and assist with insurance applications.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional coverage that meets clients’ needs.
• Work toward customer service, retention, and sales goals.
• Maintain accurate client records and protect confidential information
