Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Desire to obtain or currently hold Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs.
• Market appropriate insurance products and services to clients.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships with ongoing follow-up.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service in both Spanish and English.
• Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Collaborate with agency team to achieve business goals and meet sales targets.
