Omar Soudani State Farm in Woodland Hills, CA is hiring an Account Associate to help families protect what they’ve built through trusted conversations and meaningful sales. The role emphasizes bilingual Spanish/English communication and performance-driven results.

You will build a pipeline, complete licensing coursework, and guide Spanish- and English-speaking customers through the sales process while maintaining accurate records. Base salary plus commissions and benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior sales, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred - insurance training and licensing provided.
• Fluent or proficient in Spanish and English, preferred.
• Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude.
• Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication.
• Self-motivated and comfortable with consistent outreach and follow-up.
• Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses.

Responsibilities

• Develop a steady pipeline through outbound calls, referrals, and warm follow-ups
• Participate in product training and licensing coursework
• Serve Spanish- and English-speaking customers clearly and accurately
• Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in the agency system
• Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals
