• 1–2 years' experience in roofing, siding or windows preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales processes.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Follow a product/supply checklist and upsell additional items.
• Answer telephones and enter sales orders accurately.
• Process payments and apply to customer accounts.
• Coordinate customer pickups with the warehouse.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure on-time arrival and complete orders.
• Reorder products to keep shelves stocked and organized.
• Address and resolve service concerns as they arise.

Specific Duties May Include

• Determining customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions
• Following a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up‑selling additional products and supplies
• Answering telephones and entering sales orders
• Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account
• Coordinating customer pick ups with the warehouse
• Following up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for
• Reordering products to keep the store and warehouse shelves well stocked
• Addressing and resolving service concerns, should they arise

Specific Qualifications Include

• 1-2 years' experience in roofing, siding, and windows is preferred (roofing supply sales or site work with a crew)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective time management and prioritization skills
• Basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and team player
• Detail and service-oriented
• Bilingual speaking in Spanish/English is required

Pay Rate Information

$20–25/hr. Based on experience and qualifications.
