Job summary

ABC Supply in Pineville, NC is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to help customers select roofing, siding, and window products and to process orders. The role emphasizes world-class service, accurate entry, and proactive follow-up with deliveries.

The position is full-time with a Monday–Friday shift and 6am–5pm hours, offering an opportunity to grow within a leading wholesale distributor and to contribute to a high-performance sales team.

Qualifications

• Bilingual speaking in Spanish/English is required.
• 1-2 years' experience in roofing, siding, and windows is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Detail and service-oriented.
• Positive attitude and team player.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend products and solutions.
• Follow a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up-sell additional products.
• Answer telephones and enter sales orders.
• Accept payments and apply to customer accounts.
• Coordinate customer pickups with the warehouse.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure timely arrival and accuracy.
• Reorder products to keep shelves stocked.
• Address and resolve service concerns as they arise.
