ABC Supply is seeking an Inside Sales Associate in Stillwater, OK to help customers select roofing, siding, and window products. You will handle sales orders, coordinate deliveries, and upsell complementary products while delivering world-class service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in roofing, siding, and windows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Follow product/supply checklists and upsell additional items.
• Answer phones and enter sales orders.
• Accept payments and apply to customer accounts.
• Coordinate customer pickups with the warehouse.
• Follow up deliveries to ensure on-time arrival and accuracy.
• Reorder products to keep shelves stocked.
• Address and resolve service concerns as they arise.
