Job summary

ABC Supply in Hartland, WI is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to provide world-class service and process orders for roofing, siding, windows, and related products. You will determine customer needs, follow checklists, and help customers select solutions in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The position emphasizes communication, time management, and basic computer skills; 1–2 years’ roofing/siding/windows experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in roofing, siding, and windows preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales software.

Responsibilities

• Determine customers' needs and recommend products and solutions for roofing, siding, and windows.
• Follow product checklists and up-sell additional items as needed.
• Answer phones and enter sales orders accurately.
• Accept payments and apply to customer accounts.
• Coordinate customer pickups with the warehouse and track deliveries.
• Reorder products to keep shelves stocked and handle service concerns promptly.
