Job summary

Triup, Inc. in Irving, Texas is seeking a bilingual Inside Sales Representative to support day-to-day sales operations, coordinate customer orders, and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

The role requires detail orientation, organization, and a collaborative, fast-paced approach to delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Japanese and English, possess strong communication and analytical skills, and have experience with ERP/EDI systems

Qualifications

• Two years of college coursework or an associate degree.
• Prior customer service or inside sales experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.
• Process orders, quotations, sales orders, and invoices accurately.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams on status and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate ERP/operating system data.
• Review EDI transactions and take follow-up actions.
• Monitor purchase orders and backlogs.
• Prepare and maintain sales, shipping, inventory, and other operational reports.
• Support month-end closing activities related to sales operations.
• Review sales documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, accounting, and other departments.
• Assist with general administrative duties.
