Job summary

Akri USA in Torrance, CA is seeking an Inside Sales Assistant to support growing e-commerce and inside sales operations across Amazon and the company store.

You will manage product listings, process orders, assist with invoicing in QuickBooks, and coordinate with logistics and production. The role also covers light digital marketing and customer support, with bilingual Japanese/English communication.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central
• Basic experience with QuickBooks for invoicing or data entry
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon and the company’s online store.
• Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and promotional content.
• Optimize product pages using SEO, keywords, and improved descriptions to increase sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to prevent stockouts.
• Review and analyze sales data and performance metrics (ranking, conversion, ROI, reviews).
• Assist in preparing weekly/monthly e-commerce reports for management.
