Qualifications

• Must be fluent read/write/speak in both Spanish and English.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Experience teaching in a licensed preschool setting.
• Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or CDA preferred; 5–10 years in Montessori or licensed settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for lessons using provided curriculum and add personal touches.
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment to ensure responsive care for each child.
• Communicate with parents through conversations, messaging, and sharing photos of the child’s day and growth.
• Educate young minds in a preschool setting and collaborate with teaching team.
