Kïdo International Preschool in Houston is seeking a Bilingual Center Director in Training to support multiple Houston-area schools. This leadership development role is designed for experienced early childhood leaders ready to grow into directing their own preschool.

You will collaborate with seasoned Center Directors, receive mentorship from the Houston Regional Director, and help oversee operations, family engagement, enrollment, curriculum, and compliance.

Formación

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (Required).
• 2–4 years of Center Director experience in a licensed preschool.
• Current Texas Director’s Credential (Required).
• CDA, associate’s, or bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (Preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Cover and support Center Directors to ensure smooth school operations and strong relationships with families and staff.
• Collaborate with Houston Center Directors as part of a peer leadership team.
• Train, mentor, and inspire teachers and leaders to deliver high-quality care and education.
• Engage families and build connections to understand and meet their needs.
• Oversee compliance, health & safety, and licensing requirements.
• Support enrollment initiatives, marketing, and budget management.
• Partner with curriculum teams to implement engaging early childhood programs.
• Prepare for future leadership by developing the skills to run a school independently.
