Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English, reading and writing.
• Experience caring for infants in licensed settings.
• Ability to work with children aged 6 weeks to 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Teacher with creating engaging, developmentally appropriate experiences for infants
• Provide warm, responsive, and individualized care to children ages 6 weeks–18 months
• Support daily routines including feeding, diapering, nap time, and classroom transitions
• Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
• Build positive relationships with infants and their families through daily communication
• Support infants’ social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Work collaboratively with the teaching team to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom
