Responsibilities

• Deliver bilingual training in English and Spanish across a variety of topics and settings.
• Instruct adult learners in classroom, laboratory, shop, and workplace environments.
• Align training content with employer goals, workforce needs, and industry best practices.
• Adapt instructional strategies to diverse learning styles and workplace contexts.
• Collaborate with Workforce Development staff and employer partners to schedule and develop curriculum.
• Evaluate participant learning and provide feedback to support growth and application.
• Travel to employer locations throughout the Treasure Valley as needed.
• Maintain safety standards and professional conduct in all training activities.
