Job summary

Requirements include fluent English and Spanish, residency in Miami, FL or anywhere in the United States, and 2+ years of customer service, with proficient PC skills and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Reside in Miami, FL.
• 2+ years of strong customer service skills coordinating service delivery.
• Proficient with personal computers, keyboard and multi-system navigation, and MS Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Strong and effective communication, telephonic and organizational skills with ability to manage priorities and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Review requests and enter service authorizations within 24 hours into appropriate systems.
• Send service authorizations to providers and notifications to Case Managers.
