Job summary

Risk Agency, based in Dallas, seeks a closing sales professional to work warm inbound commercial insurance leads. There’s no cold calling, no prospecting, and no chasing. You’ll guide the conversation, present solutions, and close confidently using our leads, process, and tools.

You will be paid a $60K base plus commissions (first-year earnings typically exceed $100K). The role is in-office at our Dallas headquarters and includes generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English; comfortable with professional conversations in both languages.
• At least 2 years of commercial insurance experience preferred.
• Licensed or willing to become licensed; licensing costs are covered by us.

Responsibilities

• Turn inbound leads into active commercial insurance clients.
• Follow a proven sales process from quote to close.
• Communicate clearly and move deals forward without delay.
• Keep your CRM updated and your pipeline moving.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handoffs.
• Take feedback well, stay coachable, and hit performance goals.
