ARS-Rescue Rooter in Houston is hiring a Bilingual In-Store Sales Representative / Lead Generator to drive appointment scheduling for HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. This role requires strong people skills and the ability to engage customers in a retail setting.

We offer flexible hours, part-time and full-time opportunities, weekly pay with commission, paid training, and opportunities to advance into HVAC sales roles.

Qualifications

• Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills.
• Experience generating appointments face to face by approaching customers.
• Comfortable approaching and engaging with customers in a retail environment.
• 2 years experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.

Responsibilities

**Hours worked must be PRODUCTIVE hours-generating appointments each shift. Hours are managed accordingly.

Qualifications

What You Need

• Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills
• Experience generating appointments face to face by approaching customers: Door to Door or Business to Business
• Comfortable approaching and engaging with customers in a retail environment
• 2 years exper preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law
