Job summary

ARS in Houston is hiring Bilingual In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. Earn $18-20 per hour plus commission, with average earnings of $20-30/hour and weekly pay.

Flexible part-time (up to 20 hrs/week) and full-time (30-35 hrs/week) schedules; weekend availability required. As a Bilingual In-Store Sales Rep, you will engage customers in a retail setting, educate them on HVAC and plumbing

Qualifications

• Bilingual ability required (e.g., English + Spanish).
• Positive, energetic personality with strong people skills.
• Experience generating appointments in a retail setting preferred but not required.
• Comfortable engaging customers in-store and standing/walking during shifts.
• Ability to work weekends; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

As a Bilingual In-Store Sales Representative, you will:

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation**Hours worked must be PRODUCTIVE hours-generating appointments each shift. Hours are managed accordingly.

Qualifications

• Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills
• Experience generating appointments face to face by approaching customers: Door to Door or
• Business to Business
• Comfortable approaching and engaging with customers in a retail environment
• 2 years exper preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law
