Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Bilingual Spanish and English encouraged
• Compassionate personality
• Patient, kind, and have a heart for working with senior adults
• HCA registered (We will help you with this process!)
• Drug Screen, Criminal Background Check
• Licensed drivers needed to provide client transportation
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, meals, medication reminders, light housekeeping, companionship
• Foster meaningful relationships built on trust and support
• Communicate and document progress with the care team
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment for clients
