Salt Lake County is seeking a detail-oriented professional to provide customer service and immunization program support. You will be the first contact for customers in person or by phone for information related to immunization services.

Ideal candidates have one year of related experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work in a team while following county procedures. A background check and RAP Back enrollment are required.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of closely related experience directly related to these duties.
• Preference may be given to applicants bilingual in English and Spanish, and requires reading, writing, and speaking both English and Spanish fluently without the use of a translation app or program.
• Background check through fingerprinting and enrollment in RAP Back program per policy.

Responsibilities

• Answers phone calls and greets visitors; relays calls and messages to the appropriate person.
• Performs customer service functions; provides assistance regarding department/division services and information.
• Maintains office coverage during all business hours.
• Assists with scheduling meetings and functions; records meeting minutes.
• Processes transactions and maintains receipts; reconciles revenues according to policy.
• Provides general office support to the Division.
• Maintains accurate filing systems; archives confidential documents per policy.
• Receives deliveries and stamps documents for distribution.
• Provides information to the public regarding Division procedures.
• Analyzes program reports and proofs documents; supports office functions with computers and software.
