Job summary

Mangone Law Firm, LLC seeks a bilingual Immigration Staff Attorney (English-Spanish) to join our frontline legal team serving clients nationwide. You will handle a full caseload, meet with clients directly, and work closely with paralegals and support staff to deliver excellent legal service and compassionate care.

You will review complex immigration matters, develop strategic plans, and represent clients in USCIS Adjustment of Status interviews.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Bar license required.
• 2+ years of attorney experience reviewing complex immigration cases (e.g., T‑Visa, VAWA, U‑Visa, SIJS).
• Fully bilingual English/Spanish with native or fluent proficiency.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Immigration Case Management Systems (Camplegal).
• Growth-oriented, meticulous, with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of personalized legal strategies for clients.
• Review packets, declarations, and motions for family-based petitions, consular processing, T‑Visas, SIJS, VAWA, and waivers.
• Provide guidance to paralegals and legal assistants to ensure timely document delivery.
• Represent clients in Adjustment of Status interviews before USCIS.
• Serve as the Attorney of the Day and participate in Consultation Day events.
