Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills.
• 2+ years of outbound sales experience or 3+ years in a sales environment.
• Ability to close deals and convert qualified leads into retained clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact with prospective clients via phone, video, text, and email.
• Evaluate and qualify leads, identifying the best legal pathways for clients.
• Convert consultations into retained clients through trust-building and communication.
• Explain legal services, retainer agreements, payment plans, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and documentation platforms.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
