Job summary

Sanabria & Associates, PLLC is seeking an Immigration Paralegal in Orlando, FL. You will assist during all phases of the immigration process and work under supervising attorneys to prepare and file forms with USCIS and the Immigration Court. Bilingual Spanish/English is required.

A college education or equivalent and at least 1 year of immigration paralegal experience are preferred. The firm offers on-the-job training and generous benefits including health, vision, dental, life insurance, 401(k)

• Immigration paralegal experience: at least 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and filing applications with USCIS and the Immigration Court.
• Drafting motions for filing with the Immigration Court; e.g., Motions to Change Venue, Motions to Consolidate, Motions to Substitute Counsel.
• Communicating with clients to gather evidence and information for cases.
• Drafting affidavits with clients in support of cases.
• Entering information and documents into case management software; organizing deadlines.
