Antonini & Cohen Immigration Law Group in Atlanta is seeking an experienced Bilingual Immigration Paralegal to support attorneys on employment- and family-based immigration matters. You will draft affidavits, briefs, and packets, conduct legal research, and maintain organized case files from intake through filing and completion.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish required
• Must live in or around the Atlanta, GA area
• Minimum 1-2 years of law experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Experience with case management software preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong interpersonal skills and writing/grammar abilities
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Completion of a nationally-accredited paralegal program strongly preferred

Responsabilités

• Prepare and file immigration petitions and applications with USCIS, DOS, EOIR, and other government agencies
• Draft forms, support letters, cover letters, affidavits, and legal packets
• Communicate with clients regarding case progress, document collection, and deadlines
• Maintain accurate case records and deadlines within the firm’s case management system
• Translate and interpret for Spanish-speaking clients as needed
• Coordinate with attorneys, case managers, and administrative staff to ensure efficient workflow
• Review supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Respond to client inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and urgency
• Assist with RFEs, NOIDs, and other case-related follow-up requests
• Help lawyers prepare for trial by preparing and organizing exhibits, assisting with client meetings, filing motions, conducting research on legal articles, and organizing and coordinating witnesses
