Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or paralegal certification with 2+ years’ experience.
• Experience as a paralegal in an immigration law firm strongly preferred.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken, reading, writing).
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Paralegal or Legal Assistant: 1 year required.
• Immigration: 1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with complex family-based immigration petitions and deportation cases.
• Communicate professionally with personnel at all levels, including management and support staff.
• Maintain excellent interpersonal and written communication skills and professional demeanor.
