Lincoln-Goldfinch Law is seeking a Bilingual Immigration Detained Attorney (English/Spanish) to support our team in removal proceedings with a focus on detained clients. This full-time role reports to the Legal Director and involves active case management, court appearances, and filing pleadings.

You'll work remotely from Texas with occasional in-person court hearings and client interviews, bring 2+ years of immigration experience, and demonstrate strong advocacy, compassion, and precise legal

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish — required.
• 2+ years of immigration law experience, removal defense and detained-client representation.
• Active and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in immigration court and manage detained dockets.
• Prepare and present legal arguments in court proceedings and hearings.
• Draft motions, briefs, declarations, and supporting evidence packets.
• Coordinate with support staff to ensure efficient case management.
