Formación

• Active and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in US Immigration Law including family-based petitions.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with clients to assess immigration needs.
• Advise clients on immigration options and requirements.
• Prepare, review, and file immigration applications.
• Represent clients in immigration court.
• Handle appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals.
